In the afternoon men’s team semifinal, the Shanghai Real Estate team showcased the talents of veteran player Xu Xin, along with Paris Olympic champion Fan Zhendong and Zhou Kai, ultimately defeating the Fujian team with a score of 3-1 to advance to the finals. Meanwhile, the Heilongjiang Galaxy team secured a convincing 3-0 victory over the Shandong team, also making their way to the finals.
Later that evening, in the women’s team semifinal, the Shanghai Real Estate team continued their strong performance, winning 3-1 against the Liaoning Jinniu team to reach the finals. The Jiangsu team followed suit with a dominant 3-0 win over Hunan, earning their spot in the final matchup as well.
